Easy Returns and Exchanges:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist. You can exchange the product for a different color, size, or style, depending on availability. Please notify us of your desired change within 48 hours of receiving the product.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, you can return it unused, in its original condition, along with the original packaging and tags, for an exchange. Please inform us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order, and ensure the returned merchandise reaches us within 14 days of delivery.

For damaged items, kindly provide full photographic evidence of the damage along with your return request.

Our customer care team will inspect the product upon receipt and facilitate the exchange, subject to availability.

Refunds:

If you prefer a refund over an exchange, it will be issued in the form of a Credit Note, which you can use for future purchases with us.

Domestic Returns Made Easy:

To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

Mark the item(s) you wish to return on the invoice you received, indicating the quantity and reason(s) for the return.
Wait for a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
Securely pack your return in the original packaging, if possible, and include the completed invoice.

Please initiate returns within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Make sure to dispatch the product promptly once you receive a “Return Accepted” confirmation from us.

Important Information:

We cannot accept returns if the product has been:

Damaged by you
Altered as per specifications provided by you
Worn or used

You can expect your refund within four weeks of sending the return package. This timeframe includes transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and bank processing time (5 to 10 business days).
