Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at team@anytimecouture.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-Made Garments: Personalized to your specifications, these items are non-returnable. Please ensure accuracy before placing your order.
- Personalized Embroidered and Monogrammed Items: Unless there is a manufacturing defect, these items are non-returnable.
- Intimate Apparel and Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.
- Final Sale and Clearance Items: These items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at team@anytimecouture.com.
